The Contract manager will play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth by reviewing, revising and negotiating contracts primarily based on templates; escalate complex legal and factual issues to management and when appropriate, outside counsel and assist in resolution; recommend improvements and innovations to contract templates and the contract process; and recommend and ultimately, implement a contract administration system and process. Working with Business Development, Professional Services and Customer Success, apply best practices methodologies to develop and implement contract strategies to support the sales process, change order process and renewal processes and templates
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Relevant experience and prior demonstrable success in a similar role
- Ability to draft moderate to complex, non-routine contractual instruments. Working to expert knowledge of contracting concepts, Uniform Commercial Code, applicable contract law and regulations, and applicable international contract law.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
